The Scholarships require Adobe Acrobat reader, which can be downloaded by clicking HERE (Windows only). Versions of Adobe Acrobat for Macintosh and other platforms can be found at http://www.adobe.comInstructions:
Click on the hyperlink at the bottom of the page.Click on the first available blank to begin filling in the form. You can then tab between fields.You can unmark or uncheck boxes and fields by moving the hand cursor over the area you would like to change, and clicking on it when it 'points'.Hit 'Enter' after typing in the last field.Print the number of copies required. Please note that we are not storing any information. Anything that you type in will be lost after you close your web browser.Information typed on these forms CANNOT be saved or emailed.
