Electronic documents “Send”your forms to Headquarters in an E-Mail and then keep an electronic copy for your records. Just follow the steps below.

Portable Document Format (PDF) is the de facto standard for the secure and reliable distribution and exchange of electronic documents and forms around the world.  CutePDF Writer (formerly CutePDF Printer) is the free version of commercial PDF creation software. CutePDF Writer installs itself as a "printer subsystem". This enables virtually any Windows applications (must be able to print) to create professional quality PDF documents - with just a push of a button!

Step1: Install CutePDF Writer, Click on CutePDF Writer and during the install it will ask you to install a PS2PDF converter. When it is completely installed you will see an additional printer in your Printers and Faxes.
Step2: Open Document (then fill in the required information)
Step3: Print Document (File, Print, select CutePDF Printer as your printer, select OK)
Step4: Chose a location for the document to be saved to.
Step5: Attach to an email and send
