Your Club Event Insurance Update

Your 2021-2022 Club Insurance Manuals are here! You can access them through the Club Resources section of the Sertoma Member Center or through the direct links below.

Please review this information for each event. Clubs must send a notice of every event to Lockton a minimum of 30 days prior to the event. This is necessary even if a certificate of insurance is not needed. If Lockton is not notified of the event, there is no coverage and all claims will be denied by the insurance carrier should an accident occur.

If you are not sure if your event will be covered by the policy, please review the Event Scenarios Manual. If you have specific questions regarding your event and insurance, contact Lockton directly. Sertoma staff cannot answer any questions regarding the specifics of coverage. Please Note: Our Lockton contact has changed. You can find updated contact information on page 3 of the Programs Detail manual.

REMINDER: All invoices for your club's 2021-2022 insurance coverage have been sent by email to your treasurer (or another officer should we not have the treasurer's email on file).
