Friday, October 13
- Registration Pickup - 6:30 PM (Outside Charlotte Ballroom) - Please bring Annaul Fund Auction Item donations at this time.
- Welcome Party 7-9 PM
Teamwork makes the dream work and during this year’s annual Welcome Party, get ready to show off your team spirit! Join us as we kick off the 2024 National Conference. Come dressed showing your support for your favorite football team as we enjoy drinks and light snacks while catching up with our favorite Sertoma friends. We’ll also raise money for the Sertoma Annual Fund to help support some our most important hearing health programs.
Note: A full meal will not be provided. We encourage members to make dinner arrangements.

- 10:30 AM – National Update Reports
- 10:45 AM – Town Hall Meeting
- 11:45 AM – Sertoma Annual Fund
- 12 PM – Lunch
