Now that we are into the first few weeks of the new fiscal year, many of our Sertoma clubs have had a recent change in leadership. Accordingly, I wanted to share some of our favorite resources for onboarding new leaders to help make this process as smooth as possible for your club.
Your headquarters staff understands that our clubs are all different and have unique styles and needs. We have done our best to provide a comprehensive set of manuals, resources, and training videos to help familiarize your leaders with the responsibilities and duties that come with their office. We also want to remind our club leaders that in the wake of our recent office move, we have asked all clubs to discard any outdated copies (pre-July 2023) of membership, reporting, award, and other forms to ensure that you are using the most current version with our new mailing address and all other relevant changes. You can find those membership and reporting forms and award forms in the Resources section of the Sertoma Member Center.
