As we near the end of the fiscal year, many clubs are going through their annual transition in leadership. Accordingly, we wanted to share some of our favorite resources for onboarding new leaders to help make this process as smooth as possible for your club.
Your headquarters staff understands that our clubs are all different and have unique styles and needs. We have done our best to provide a comprehensive set of manuals, resources, and training videos to help familiarize your leaders with the responsibilities and duties that come with their office. Training Videos
Club officers are required to ensure that the club keeps its roster current, pays its open invoices, and completes its required reports. Please note the following deadlines:
- Member Changes are due quarterly on September 30, December 31, March 31 and June 30 to ensure proper international dues billing.
- The Club Information and Officer Report is due annually on May 15.
- The Annual Activities Report is due each year on November 15.
- Serteen/Collegiate Club Reports are due annually on February 10.
