Regional Director Bill Williams kindly requests that attendees/clubs bring door prizes for the convention as is per tradition. A minimum of prize (valued at $10-15) for every 2-3/attendees per club is appreciated. Clubs are also asked to please donate an item for the Annual Fund Auction ($50-75+ suggested). If you will be unable to attend but would like to make arrangements to send an item ahead of time, please email bmcgrathkong@sertoma.org no later than February 28, 2025. Watch this space for additional information, including an auction preview and "online" bidding options.

Come dressed in your garden party garb by showing off your favorite frills, blooms and spring hats. Whether you're here to savor the springtime flavors or simply soak up the camaraderie, this is the perfect way to kick off a fabulous event.

  • 3 pm – Dismissal
  • 3-6 pm Free Time
