Regional Director Adriane Raven kindly requests that clubs bring door prizes for the convention as is per tradition. One prize (valued at $10-15) for every 2-3/attendees per club is suggested. Clubs are also asked to please consider donating an item to the raffle ($50-75 minimum suggested) to benefit the Sertoma Annual Fund.

Thursday, April 16

  • Dinner on own
  • 5:30 pm – Registration Pick-Up
  • 6-6:30 pm – First Timers’ Reception 
  • 6:30-8:30 pm Welcome Party (entry included with full event registration; guest ticket required) - Slip into your comfiest PJs and join us for the Sertoma Slumber Party, a night of laughs, games, and good vibes! Light appetizer, a cash bar, themed games for a great cause and of course, friends—what’s not to love? Don’t miss out on the ultimate slumber party… Sertoma style!

Friday, April 17

  • 8:30 am – Club Banner Set-Up (All clubs must have their own banner stand/easel.)
  • 9 am – Opening Session
  • 10 am – Break
  • 10:15 am – Hearing Health Featured Presentation: Denver Health
  • 11:15 am – Annual Fund Presentation 
  • 11:45 am – Memorial 
  • 12 pm  - Lunch (included with full event registration; no guest ticket available)
  • 1:15 pm – The Fundraising Lab: Events, Grants & Giving, Reimagined 
  • 2:15 pm – Next In Line: Who Will Lead Your Club Tomorrow?
  • 3 pm – Dismissal 
  • 3-6 pm – Free Time/Hospitality Suite Open
  • 6-8 pm – Banquet (entry included with full event registration; guest ticket required)
  • 8-11 pm – Hospitality Suite Open
