Friday, September 25
- 7:30-11: Service Project (Offiste & Optional): The Just One Project: Join Sertoma as we volunteer to help at Just One Project's drive-thru food assistance program. Volunteers will help organize, assemble and load bags with groceries and soft goods for those in need in the Las Vegas area. Volunteers are asked to wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing/shoes and to wear sunscreen. Registered participants: Watch your inbox for details from Jason Camis about shuttle pickup, schedule, etc.
- 11-1: Free Time/Lunch on own
- 12:30: Registration Pick-Up Opens (Outside Sonoma A/B)
- 1-4: Hearing Health Symposium (Sonoma A/B)
- 6:00: Registration Pick-Up Reopens (Outside Brunwick)
- 6:30-8:30: Welcome Party - Entry included in full event registration; guest ticket(s) are required and must be purchased in advance.
"The Future's So Bright... You Gotta Wear Shades." Kick off the 2026 Sertoma International Conference with a party that's all about fun, friendship and great conversations! Throw on your brightest shades and join fellow Sertomans for our 80s-themed welcome party. Enjoy light appetizers, a cash bar and the unique fun of a silent disco, where you can hit the "dance floor" or simply remove your headphones and catch up with friends. It's the perfect mix of music, laughter and meaningful connections to start an unforgettable conference weekend!

- 7 am: First Timers Meet & Greet (First-Attendees Only/Grandview Lounge)
- 8:30 am: Opening Session (Sonoma A/B)
- 9:15 am: Education
- 10:30 am: Town Hall
- 11:15 am: Annual Fund
- 11:30-1:30: Lunch on Own
- 1:30: Education
- 4:00: Wrap-Up Session
- 4:30: Main Session Ends
- 4:30-6:30: Free Time
- 6:30-8:30: Banquet - Entry included in full event registration; guest ticket(s) are required and must be purchased in advance. (Sonoma A/B)
Annual Fund Auction
All auction donations ($50-75 value suggested) may be dropped off onsite in Sonoma A/B from 12:30-1 pm on Friday prior to the Hearing Health Symposium and Saturday morning beginning at 7:45 am. We kindly request that items only be dropped off during these times so that items do not have to be moved between locations. Please do not bring items to the Welcome Party. Thank you for your help in this, and thank you for supporting the Annual Fund!
We will also have an Annual Fund update on Saturday before lunch. We encourage individuals and clubs to bring their donations with them to Vegas if they so choose. We will also set aside time during the update for check presentations for clubs that would like to participate.
