Friday, September 25
- 7:30-11: Service Project (Offiste & Optional): The Just One Project: Join Sertoma as we volunteer to help at Just One Project's drive-thru food assistance program. Volunteers will help organize, assemble and load bags with groceries and soft goods for those in need in the Las Vegas area. Volunteers are asked to wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing/shoes and to wear sunscreen.
- 11-12:30: Free Time/Lunch on own
- 12:30: Registration Pick-Up Opens
- 1-4: Hearing Health Symposium
- 5:30: Registration Pick-Up Reopens
- 5:45: First Timers Meet & Greet
- 6:30-8:30: Welcome Party - Entry included in full event registration; guest ticket(s) are required and must be purchased in advance.
"The Future's So Bright... You Gotta Wear Shades." Kick off the 2026 Sertoma International Conference with a party that's all about fun, friendship and great conversations! Throw on your brightest shades and join fellow Sertomans for our 80s-themed welcome party. Enjoy light appetizers, a cash bar and the unique fun of a silent disco, where you can hit the "dance floor" or simply remove your headphones and catch up with friends. It's the perfect mix of music, laughter and meaningful connections to start an unforgettable conference weekend!

We're putting the fun in fundraising with an auction benefiting the Sertoma Annual Fund! Help support the auction by bringing an item to donate--something unique, useful, fun or just plain fabulous. We suggest a value of $50-$75, but the most important thing is helping us fill the tables and raise money for the mission we all love.
Can't make it to conference? Individuals and clubs can send a donated item with another conference attendee or ship it directly to Sertoma HQ ahead of the event. Every donated item means another opportunity to raise funds for Sertoma scholarships and community grants!
